• You have 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping digital products at scale, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver high-quality user interfaces. • You have strong visual design sensibilities, particularly in web and mobile UI, typography, color theory, and layout, and you understand how these design components contribute to product performance. • You are comfortable working with design systems and have either used or contributed to building them. • You are able to effectively communicate complex design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • You demonstrate high attention to detail and take pride in crafting visually compelling and functional user experiences. • You enjoy solving complex privacy-related problems and are motivated by contributing to mission-driven products.
• Tackle complex, privacy-related design challenges to enhance user experience across multiple Proton products. • Sketch, ideate, and develop new design concepts for future privacy-focused applications. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to bring design concepts to life. • Identify areas for improvement in the existing product suite and propose creative, effective solutions. • Contribute to and maintain the Proton design system to ensure consistency and scalability. • Create visual assets such as icons and illustrations that align with brand tone and user experience goals.
