• You have 4–6 years of product design experience, particularly in transactional, fintech, or complex product environments. • You excel in visual design, including layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual consistency. • You are proficient in using Figma and working within well-defined design systems. • You have a user-first mindset and a strong ability to distill complex problems into elegant designs. • You take a collaborative and proactive approach, demonstrating comfort with ownership and advocating for user-centric solutions. • Bonus if you’ve designed for payments systems, financial tools, or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Own the entire design process for features — from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI and final implementation. • Lead the creation of seamless and secure money movement experiences, including invoices, card payouts, subscriptions, and international transactions. • Collaborate proactively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to evolve Fresha’s payment architecture. • Champion visual and interaction design craft within cross-disciplinary teams to elevate product quality. • Conduct your own UX research, engage directly with users, and validate design hypotheses independently due to a lean research environment.
