Product Designer at Engine by Starling, working across mobile SDKs and web portals to create intuitive and visually polished experiences for digital banking clients globally.
• You have over four years of experience as a UX or Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, accessible design. • You are highly proficient in visual design and can guide the evolution of a design system. • You are capable of communicating complex design decisions to diverse stakeholders. • You are experienced with tools such as Figma and prototyping software, and understand the fundamentals of design systems. • You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.
• Work across multiple product areas to solve complex and ambiguous problems in collaboration with product owners and tech leads. • Contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. • Design intuitive and functional experiences for mobile SDKs and web portals across various domains such as cards, lending, onboarding, and payments. • Maintain and enhance the company’s multi-brand design system to support cohesive user experiences. • Ensure high levels of design documentation to support rapid product adoption and client configuration. • Serve as an ambassador for high-quality design practices and champion its value internally and externally.
