Senior Product Designer at Zen Educate, responsible for leading cross-platform product design efforts to improve school staffing solutions.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI, ideally in a high-paced workplace. • You possess a strong portfolio that showcases your end-to-end thinking, strong UX skills, and final UI execution. • You’re proficient in Figma and have a firm grasp of working within and evolving design systems. • You communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders including PMs, engineers, and fellow designers. • You approach problem-solving pragmatically, balancing user needs with business and technical requirements. • Bonus if you have experience designing for marketplaces, education technologies, or staffing platforms.
• Lead design projects across both web and mobile user interfaces end-to-end. • Plan and execute discovery activities including user research, journey mapping, ideation sessions, and prototyping. • Produce wireframes, user flows, and visually-refined UI components aligned to user needs. • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system in collaboration with peers and engineers. • Utilize research and data insights to inform design decisions that improve user experience across the platform. • Provide mentorship and support to other members of the design team, fostering skill growth and design culture.
