Product Designer on Depop's Ads Team responsible for building seamless and engaging advertising and monetisation experiences that help sellers succeed, while maintaining strong relevance and value for buyers.

👤    Who you are

• You have solid experience designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms. • You are proficient in end-to-end product design and intuitive in balancing UX and UI best practices. • You possess expert-level skills in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Principle. • You use research and data insights to inform design decisions and can communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively. • You have experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing. • You bring a high standard of craft and systems thinking to your design process, focusing on consistent and scalable solutions. • You thrive on solving complex design challenges and are familiar with e-commerce or marketplace interactions.

📑    What the job involves

• Design end-to-end user experiences for various ad products like boosted listings, Boost Shop, and upcoming features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Research, Engineering, Marketing) to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. • Create designs that maintain a balance between monetisation goals and smooth, user-friendly experiences. • Iterate on existing ad experiences based on testing, user feedback, and performance metrics. • Ensure consistency across the platform through high-quality visual design and systems thinking. • Contribute to shaping the design strategy and roadmap in harmony with broader business and product goals.
