The role is for a Product Designer at TreasurySpring, responsible for leading and executing all aspects of UI/UX design across the company’s web and mobile platforms. As a core member of the product team, this person will facilitate a design-led culture through research, prototyping, usability testing, and continuous stakeholder engagement. The Product Designer will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission to bring transformative solutions to global money markets. TreasurySpring is looking for someone with substantial design experience, preferably within B2B or fintech organizations, who can contribute to product excellence and innovation. This is a highly collaborative position that touches multiple areas of strategic product development.

👤    Who you are

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong background in both UX and UI design. • You demonstrate deep proficiency in Figma and have experience building and scaling design systems in fast-paced environments. • You are a confident communicator and presenter, capable of working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. • You have hands-on experience conducting UX research through interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing. • You feel comfortable owning the entire design lifecycle from problem discovery to implementation handoff. • Bonus points if you have worked in fintech or built designs for complex data products.

📑    What the job involves

• Lead end-to-end product design for core platform features and new digital initiatives. • Conduct UX research to inform design decisions, including user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing. • Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma. • Maintain and scale TreasurySpring’s design system to align with fast-paced development cycles. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand user needs and deliver high-impact solutions. • Establish and promote continuous discovery methods and user-feedback loops. • Champion design thinking across the organization to embed a user-focused culture.
