Senior Product Designer at Sumsub.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer focused on complex B2B SaaS platforms. • A robust portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design data-rich interfaces, workflows, and accommodate multiple user roles and edge cases. • Experience working from discovery to detailed execution, including research, validation, prototyping, and hand-offs. • Proven experience leading or managing design teams, particularly in agile, cross-functional environments. • Strong skills in design systems development and maintenance, understanding how these systems enhance product scalability and consistency. • Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English to effectively collaborate with a multilingual team. • Detail-oriented with a high standard for polished visuals and thoughtful interaction design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-first design solutions. • Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, including research, prototyping, validation, and design handoff. • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and clearly documented specifications. • Leverage qualitative research and quantitative data to inform decision making and improve the user experience. • Identify usability issues and promote continuous improvement through enhancements and best practices. • Stay current with product design trends, technologies, and SaaS industry standards, and share relevant insights with the team.
