• You have proven experience designing, launching, and maintaining high-quality digital consumer products. • You are proficient with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects, and skilled in crafting designs for multiple devices and breakpoints. • You demonstrate strong collaboration skills, engaging cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, marketing, UX research, and customer experience to co-create effective solutions. • You possess an agile mindset and are able to evaluate different delivery methods while measuring outcomes effectively. • You are an advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles, continuously seeking to grow and stay current with market trends and design advancements.

📑    What the job involves

• Lead the complete design process for your product area, collaborating with a cross-functional team to take digital products from concept to delivery. • Produce user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes, and oversee implementation in collaboration with frontend developers leveraging design system components. • Ensure all design work aligns with AXA’s digital brand guidelines and complies with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards. • Actively contribute to the AXA Health and UK&I digital design community, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's output. • Participate in user research and usability testing to validate designs and improve user experience. • Help build and evolve the Figma-based design system, maintaining and expanding the shared component library and visual standards.
