The role is for a Senior UI Designer within Sky's Global Commerce experience team, responsible for shaping the future of user interface design across TV, mobile, and web platforms.
• You have extensive hands-on experience in UI design, with a deep understanding of both visual and user-centered design principles. • You are proficient with modern design tools, especially Figma and prototyping applications. • You bring cross-platform expertise, including capabilities in motion and interaction design. • You possess a strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and front-end development principles. • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • You maintain a visually compelling design portfolio that showcases both your craftsmanship and your problem-solving skills. • You have a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, innovative designs.
• Partner with design, product, and development teams to conceptualize and refine user experiences across multiple platforms. • Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards. • Lead UI design projects, presenting concepts to stakeholders while championing user-centered methodologies. • Work closely with UX designers to ensure all UI changes support and enhance overall user experience goals. • Mentor, support, and guide junior UI designers in both creative and technical aspects of their roles. • Maintain and evolve robust design systems and UI standards used across internal and external products.
