📑    What the job involves

• Shape and conduct user research that uncovers deeper behavioral insights and informs product strategy. • Communicate design ideas through compelling storytelling that aligns with both user and business needs. • Clarify ambiguous problem spaces by identifying key user segments, environmental factors, and market needs. • Provide a role model for other designers through best practices without having direct management responsibilities. • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum, and Quality Assurance. • Take full ownership of the design process, ensuring every product is accessible, intuitive, and delivered at high standards. • Track post-launch performance and make iterative improvements based on user feedback and metrics.
