• You have 4-12 years of professional experience in individual contributor product design roles, ideally in the B2B SaaS space. • You excel in both interaction design and information architecture, with strong visual skills to build engaging user experiences. • You possess a solid portfolio of shipped digital products that have made quantifiable business and customer impact. • You’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams and have a strong track record of balancing user needs with business outcomes. • You are comfortable defining and using product success metrics to validate the impact of your design decisions. • You have strong communication skills and can clearly present your work and ideas to diverse audiences, including company leadership.

📑    What the job involves

• Develop deep empathy for product managers and their stakeholders by understanding customer requirements. • Work closely with Product Managers to define and clarify the underlying problems faced by customers. • Create multiple design solutions for identified problems, considering business viability and technical feasibility. • Reduce complex solutions to their simplest effective form to maximize usability and delight. • Actively participate in design critiques, product discussions, and collaborative sketching sessions. • Iterate on features continuously, keeping customer satisfaction and business impact at the forefront. • Communicate complex design concepts effectively across the organization and help influence decision-making.
