• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process and visual polish across complex products. • You bring proven experience as a Senior Product Designer in a fast-paced, product-led company. • You are proficient in Figma and other modern design tools. • You understand and use user-centered design methodologies, from research to pixel-perfect UI. • You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with PMs and engineers. • You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills. • You prefer hands-on roles in dynamic settings where you can drive large impact. • Bonus if you have fintech experience, design system expertise, knowledge of accessibility, or data-driven design.

📑    What the job involves

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to high-fidelity execution on mobile and web platforms. • Transform complex financial workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. • Build and maintain a cohesive and scalable design system. • Guide and mentor other designers, elevating design quality and consistency. • Collaborate with product managers to identify user needs and define meaningful solutions. • Partner with engineering teams during the implementation phase to ensure feasibility and quality. • Lead design for innovative features, including AI-powered tools. • Use research and testing insights to validate ideas and iterate designs. • Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and leadership. • Champion a user-centered culture across the organization.
