• You have extensive experience in consumer-facing product design, especially in mobile and web applications. • You have worked on subscription-based products, ideally in areas like wellness, femtech, education, or self-improvement. • You can demonstrate a strong portfolio with case studies that reflect strategic decision-making and tangible outcomes. • You are both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can switch between long-term vision and detailed design implementation. • You are an expert in tools like Figma and possess high craft standards in UI, UX, motion design, and interaction. • You're skilled at using user research and data analytics to support and inform design decisions. • You're a team player with a collaborative spirit and enjoy elevating others through feedback and shared learning. • You thrive in ambiguity, respond proactively to challenges, and communicate clearly and persuasively. • You live in one of Paired’s hiring countries (UK, DE, ES, IE, DK, NL) and have the right to work there legally.
• Translate business goals into design solutions that are user-centric, emotionally engaging, and performance-driven. • Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and prototyping through to execution and iteration across mobile and web. • Identify and lead new growth initiatives, while evolving existing experiences like onboarding, paywalls, and subscription flows. • Create experiences that reflect the emotional value of Paired’s mission and drive conversion metrics. • Develop high-fidelity prototypes that are testable and closely mirror real-world product use. • Provide constructive critique and mentorship, improving the broader design team’s output and cohesion. • Lead work on the design system architecture using Figma’s latest capabilities for scalable output across products. • Combine qualitative research, quantitative data, and product intuition to shape effective user journeys. • Collaborate effectively across squads and influence team alignment on product and design decisions.
