• Assist in gathering customer insights, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements to support informed design decisions. • Design user flows, wireframes, concepts, and prototypes using established design systems across various brands. • Collaborate closely with Content Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners, and Developers within an end-to-end user-centered design (UCD) framework. • Present ideas and design outcomes through clear storytelling to multidisciplinary stakeholders. • Build collaborative relationships within design and wider product teams to drive team performance and trust. • Adhere to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) standards associated with your role and promote a culture of compliance. • Report non-compliance issues promptly and partner with Compliance Teams to ensure role clarity. • Continuously complete compliance training and update your understanding of evolving regulatory obligations.
