• Design and maintain components and interaction patterns within the global design system used by 90+ designers. • Continuously evolve the visual language to ensure a high-quality, cohesive look across JET’s digital products. • Collaborate closely with iOS, Android, and Web engineers to maintain a consistent and scalable design system. • Support design and cross-functional teams in utilizing and contributing to the design system effectively. • Use both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate and drive improvements in design and user experience. • Clearly communicate design progress and concepts with the wider team and stakeholders across disciplines. • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across product, design, and engineering teams to meet business goals.
