• A design leader with significant in-house Product Design experience, comfortable mentoring and helping others grow. • Strong communicator with the ability to share design ideas clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams. • Deeply curious and inquisitive, always striving to understand user needs and the 'why' behind every design challenge. • Skilled at balancing high-quality design standards with the need for rapid iteration and delivery. • Passionate about sports and ideally knowledgeable about the gambling industry. • Comfortable creating journeys, flows, sketches, and using design artifacts to communicate systemic thinking. • Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing using various methods. • Experienced in building responsive experiences for both web and mobile platforms with an app-first mindset.
