Lead UX Researcher at Awin, responsible for establishing and leading company-wide user experience research initiatives and shaping the culture of user-centric design across product and design functions.

👤    Who you are

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior or Lead UX Researcher position, with demonstrated success in strategic research leadership. • You’ve previously built or scaled a user research function within a technology-driven organization. • You possess deep knowledge across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including usability testing, user interviews, and analytics. • You are highly skilled at synthesizing insights and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • You bring strong team leadership abilities, coaching experience, and the resolve to inspire a user-focused mindset across diverse teams. • You are highly adaptable, capable of working in changing environments, and comfortable with initiating and managing process transformations.

📑    What the job involves

• Defining and implementing UX research processes and methodologies across Awin. • Developing and evolving comprehensive user research strategies to support product and business decisions. • Leading and conducting research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiries. • Championing user-centric decision-making across departments and promoting a unified voice of the customer. • Educating and mentoring internal teams on UX research principles and practices. • Analyzing and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders. • Advocating user research internally and externally to build strategic alignment and investment in customer insights. • Leading and nurturing a team of UX researchers by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities. • Collaborating with customer-facing teams to centralize user feedback mechanisms. • Managing a research repository to support efficiency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
