• You have experience designing intuitive and elegant digital products, particularly for B2B or B2C platforms. • You possess strong product thinking skills and excel at simplifying complex user journeys. • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are proactive when it comes to solving open-ended problems. • You can independently lead and own projects from discovery through high-fidelity handoff and collaboration. • You demonstrate fluency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Notion and Miro for effective communication. • You think in systems and understand how UX influences broader business goals. • You are highly collaborative and appreciate early engagement from engineers and PMs. • You document your work clearly and keep the team informed about progress. • You have experience designing in fast-paced, scaling SaaS environments.

📑    What the job involves

• Design and own key features within Sano’s genetic testing and participant workflows. • Lead UX and UI efforts across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. • Shape undefined problem spaces and partner closely with the product manager to prioritize impactful design work. • Collaborate with engineers by sharing early concepts, specifications, and feedback loops. • Translate user research and internal data insights into actionable design decisions. • Contribute to and evolve Sano’s shared design system and tools for consistency and scalability. • Communicate your design rationale effectively using Notion, walkthroughs, or prototypes. • Keep the team unblocked by being proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented.
