The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in leading the design strategy, facilitating workshops, and delivering end-to-end product experiences. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for engaging stakeholders, championing user needs, and making design decisions informed by both data and empathy. Applicants must be comfortable with hybrid working arrangements, attending in-person sessions twice a week in both London and a client site near the Midlands. This client-facing role requires strong collaboration and the ability to influence product development and strategy.

👤    Who you are

• You have extensive experience in executing UX and visual design strategies across digital platforms. • You are a confident communicator and facilitator who can run workshops, present ideas, and build rapport with clients. • You have hands-on experience in agile and lean methodologies, including working closely with engineers, researchers, and other disciplines in a cross-functional team. • You demonstrate a strong understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and know how to apply UI and brand guidelines. • You are a mentor who actively contributes to the growth and culture of a design team, sharing knowledge and best practices. • You are adaptable and open to a hybrid working model, showing flexibility for in-person sessions as needed.

• Lead product discovery and co-design sessions with clients and users. • Define and implement strategic design solutions from exploration to delivery, grounded in end-user needs. • Create interactive prototypes and iterate based on stakeholder and end-user feedback throughout the product development cycle. • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and innovation activities with cross-functional teams. • Drive continuous design improvements and ensure alignment with business and technical constraints. • Serve as a consultative partner to stakeholders, promoting the adoption of user-centered design methodologies. • Contribute to the internal growth of Red Badger’s design discipline and support junior team members. • Support front-end development efforts through assets, style guides, and design systems.
