UX/UI Designer responsible for creating and improving digital product experiences at MindGym.

👤    Who you are

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in UX or Product Design, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or other digital product environments. • You possess a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for both web and mobile platforms. • You're proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud. • You have experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and understand responsive design principles. • You demonstrate a user-first mindset grounded in human-centered design and accessibility best practices. • You're detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous product strategy environment. • Bonus: You have experience working on behavioural science applications, coaching tools, or enterprise software.

📑    What the job involves

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Behavioural Scientists, Brand Designers, and the Product Design Manager to identify user needs and create impactful solutions. • Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes to support all phases of product design from ideation to development. • Create and maintain scalable design templates that ensure consistency and efficiency across digital platforms. • Uphold brand consistency by helping to refine visual identity and evolve the design system. • Communicate design decisions and rationales clearly to various stakeholders including developers and business teams. • Stay informed on UX best practices and contribute to innovation within digital products. • Drive continuous improvement of UX/UI across diagnostics, coaching tools, and content delivery platforms.
