• You have over 4 years of product design experience with hands-on involvement in the full product lifecycle. • You are proficient in Figma and skilled in maintaining complex design systems and component libraries. • You can simplify complex, data-rich environments into user-friendly interfaces and have strong UX copywriting skills. • You excel in cross-functional collaboration and have experience operating within agile product teams. • You possess a practical understanding of front-end frameworks and accessibility standards, with bonus points for experience in market research or tech industries.

📑    What the job involves

• Own and execute product design across the UI, UX, and service layers—transforming early wireframes into high-fidelity interfaces. • Deliver seamless and connected user experiences using well-established UX patterns and design systems while aligning with commercial objectives. • Conduct discovery work and customer research to validate designs through qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing. • Apply best practices in data visualization and collaborate with engineers to implement effective dashboard and data display solutions. • Define and maintain the shared design system and component libraries in partnership with developers. • Participate in cross-functional collaboration, helping define team roadmaps and deliverables. • Manage priorities and workload across numerous simultaneous projects and product streams.
