Digital Product Designer (Loyalty Squad) responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience design for guest membership platforms at Red Engine.
• You have solid digital design experience, ideally in hospitality or entertainment, but experience from other industries is welcome. • You are obsessed with understanding customer behavior and have experience conducting behavioral and digital research. • You bring a strong background in visual design, with expertise in typography, UI for desktop and mobile, layout, color, and aesthetic principles. • You are an effective collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide impact. • You have experience building and maintaining robust design systems that operate across multiple digital platforms. • You effectively communicate and influence stakeholders using data and insights to support your proposals. • You are innovative, using customer advocacy and design thinking frameworks to generate impactful ideas. • You combine technical know-how with continuous learning and strong problem-solving capabilities. • You have a data-driven mindset and can clearly present methodologies and findings to support design decisions. • You are proficient in prototyping tools like Figma and have a working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Design and deliver the end-to-end digital product experience for members of My Flight Club and My Shuffle Club. • Build and maintain a comprehensive design system of reusable visual components and UX patterns. • Create, own, and manage the product Design Principles, Guidelines, and Design System. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to lead user experience design from concept to launch. • Provide implementation guidance to engineers to ensure features are executed to the highest quality standards. • Evolve and enhance internal design practices to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. • Present design concepts, prototypes, and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues.
