• You have extensive experience in Python/Django development and modern front-end technologies. • You possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, having previously guided junior developers. • You have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices. • You are experienced with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure technologies like Docker. • You are passionate about using technology to make a meaningful impact in the non-profit sector.
