• Lead the development and architecture of our website, ensuring security, reliability, and accessibility. • Guide the team through technical design, development, testing, and deployment. • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from feature conception to deployment. • Define the strategic direction of our platform and engineering team. • Cultivate a culture of innovation, learning, and best practices within engineering teams. • Mentor and support engineers, fostering a high-performing team. • Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement in technological solutions.
